Andrée Wallin

Andrée Wallin is a Swedish concept artist, illustrator, director, and writer based in Stockholm. He works mainly on feature films, television, commercials, and game cinematics, designing the environments and key images that set the look and tone of large-scale science fiction, fantasy, and action projects. He is known for atmospheric, filmic concept art, the kind that reads like a frame lifted from the finished film.
Over more than 17 years he has contributed to some of the biggest productions in Hollywood, including Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Jurassic World, Godzilla, Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, and The Mandalorian. His clients have ranged from Lucasfilm and ILM to Marvel Studios, Legendary, and Universal.
Alongside his concept work, he directs and writes, both for live-action and for full-CGI game cinematics. In 2013 he co-founded Number 81 Entertainment to develop his own original projects, among them the science fiction short State Zero, which he wrote and directed.
